Private house in Neve Ilan

Finished in 2018. Address: Neve Ilan, Moon st. 11

The stylistic choice of the project is based on minimalism with special accent on industrial materials and details. Different elements like metal rails, brass screws, black marble and colored glass were used as constructive and ornamental details. Uncovered Edison lamps and drawings on tiles add the last touch to the project creating the atmosphere which may be described an industrial art, the main coherent design concept of the house.

פרוייקט בהיקף של כ-160,000 מ"ר הכולל דיפו לקו השני (ירוק) של הרכבת הקלה הירושלמית ומשרדי קריית הממשלה. תכנון ברמת תכנית מתאר מפורטת עבור תכנית אב לתחבורה ומנהל דיור ממשלתי. תכנית מתאר מס' 101-0279760

Japanese garden in Mevaseret Zion

A small garden, finished in 2014

The garden in pseudo-japanese style, with a fountain at one side and a dining table at the other end. The design was mainly based on juxtaposition of diferent structures of floor cladding. Trees and bushes were placed on perimeter, leaving the central area open.





גינה פרטית עם מזרקה בקצה אחד ושולחן בקצה השני. העיצוב בעיקר התבסס על שילוב סוגי ריצוף שונים. עצים ושיחים הממוקמים בהיקף יוצרים גדר ירוקה המפרידה את חלל הגינה מהשכנים ומרכז החלל נשאר פתוח.

Private villa, finished in 2011

Interior design project that gradually turned into a total design project. A three-level private house in a prestigious Neve Ilan neighborhood was designed by other architect, and we received the building at the early construction stage. Leaving the outer envelope intact we managed to change the design of inner spaces and took care of the landscaping around the building. Design in a spirit of modern Art-Deco united all building components, from interior and exterior flooring, iron railings and sophisticated lighting solutions to design of small items, such as furniture, fireplace and lighting fixtures.
הפרויקט שהחל כעיצוב פנים הפך לפרויקט עיצוב כוללני. הווילה, בת שלוש קומות באזור יוקרתי של נוה אילן, תוכננה ע"י אדריכל אחר. אנו קיבלנו את הבניין בשלב הקמת השלד. לא נגענו במעטפת המבנה המאושרת, אך הספקנו לשנות את תכנון החללים הפנימיים וגם טיפלנו בפיתוח נופי סביב הבניין. עיצוב ברוח אר-דקו מודרני איחד את כל מרכיבי הבניין, מריצוף פנים וחוץ, מעקות ברזל ופתרונות תאורה משוכללים ועד לתכנון פריטים כמו רהיטים, אח וגופי תאורה.

Tree Houses in Paradise

Competition, 2011

This is a sad story. We've registered for a international architectural competition which was fake. The organizers had a website www.treehousesinparadise.com and advertised the competition on all the architectural websites. After several deadline extentions the website disappeared and, well, nobody won. We've made a research which revealed that the competition was modeled after another competition organized by David Greenberg in 2002. He released a book called Treehouses in Paradise, Fantasy Designs for the 21st Century. We've contacted him and David apologised saying "so sorry about it and that this was a scam done many times in the last few years".

Despite all this we think we've made a good project, here it is. The task was do design a house on a palm tree, something to be built at Fiji islands or in Vietnam.





תחרות מזוייפת שהשתתפו בה הרבה אדריכלים מכל רחבי העולם. בסוף אתר התחרות נעלם ולא היו זוכים. למרות הכל, חשבנו שיצא לנו פרוייקט טוב. התרגיל היה לעצב בית על עץ דקל, משהו שניתן לבנות אותו. התחרות הבטיחה שהפרוייקט הזוכה ייבנה איפשהו באזור איי פיג'י או בוויטנאם.

Zone Exploration

A conceptual project developed by Total DeZign company. In it's core lies a blend between virtual reality of the computer games and the real world, but the final product is 100% real.

The project proposes conversion of non-functioning industrial sites into sophisticated entertainment complexes of a new type. The main attraction of the entertainment complex is a Game Maze with elements of virtual reality implemented in the real world environment.
